Customer Service and Replacements.
We take our customer care very seriously. While my aim is to make our website easy to understand and to navigate we know there are times when you may need a bit of assistance. I do my best to respond to emails immediately. But the times I can't I will make sure I get with you in a reasonable amount of time (24 hours or less).
There are times that a product may become contaminated (nature of the business/product). If this occurs we ask that you send a picture and we will make things right at no additional cost to you.
