All mycelium petri cultures are created in a lab under very sterile conditions. We suggest you transfer small amounts of mycelium to an awaiting petri dish and save this mycelium as your master. If possible, store it in a styrofoam container inside a refrigerator. If possible, store in a cool area NOT BELOW 50f.
